１．基本的考え方
一般財団法人 未来を創る財団（以下、弊財団という。）では、弊財団において提供するサービス（弊財団ホームページによる情報提供、各種お問い合わせやご要望の受付等）の円滑な運営に必要な範囲で、弊財団のホームページを利用される皆様の情報を収集しています。収集した情報は、3．にいう特別の理由がある場合を除き、利用目的の範囲内で取り扱います。
２．収集する情報の範囲
ホームページのご利用にあたって、氏名、会社名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなど（以下、利用者名等という）任意に弊財団へ送信いただいた情報は；
（１） 弊財団が提供するサービスを円滑に運営するための参考として利用させていただきます。
（２） 「メールアドレス」については、返信用の宛先として利用させていただきますが、次項 ３．利用および提供の制限を順守します。
３．利用及び提供の制限
弊財団では、法令に基づく開示要請があった場合、不正アクセス、脅迫等の違法行為があった時その対策等を講じる場合その他特別の理由のある場合を除き、収集した情報を2．の利用目的以外の目的のために自ら利用し又は第三者に提供いたしません。
４．安全確保の措置
弊財団は、収集した情報の漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他収集した情報の適切な管理のために必要と判断される措置を講じております。
５．適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、弊財団ホームページにおいてのみ適用されます。弊財団のホームページ外のリンク先における情報の取扱いについては、弊法人は、何ら保証するものではありません。

1. Basic Terms
The Outlook Foundation collects information from users of its website to the extent necessary for the smooth provision of services (such as providing information and dealing with requests and enquiries). Information collected may be used within the scope of the purpose described in Section 2, except in the case of specific situations described in Section 3.
2. Scope of Information Collected
Users of the Outlook Foundation website may be requested to submit information such as name, company, address, telephone number, and email address. Information collected in this manner is used for the smooth provision of Foundation services, and e-mail addresses are used for replies. However, the Foundation will comply with the restrictions in Section 3.

This privacy policy applies to the website of the Outlook Foundation, which does not make any guarantee with regard to the handling of any information on web pages or links outside its website.
